Working with Ronald and Marilyn has been one of the best realty experiences. Not only were they able to properly market our home in a shaky economy but with their hardwork and commitment they were able to sell our home in THREE weeks!!!!

| My husband and I purchased a home in the Summer of 2006. This was my first home and like some first time home buyers, was a little nervous on such a big purchase. Ron and Marilyn made the process so easy that withing 40 days of looking at house, we closed and moved in. I didnt even blink an eye! | We would like to express our thanks to the team of Mr. and Mrs. Rivera of William E. Wood Realty. In October of 2008 we started considering the purchase of a new home. We weren’t exactly sure if we were ready to purchase nor did we know exactly where we wanted our house to be. We had it narrowed down to a few different locations, but that was about it. We knew we would be needing help in this important and scary venture.
We both heard horror stories about other realty brokers, but we lucked out when we chose Ronald and Marilyn Rivera. From the minute we entered William E. Wood Realty, we were impressed.
